$100 per night during the Holidays and Special Event Weekends

Rates are subject to the local 15% hotel/motel tax. All published rates are subject to change unless deposits have been received to secure reservations.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve stays of 3 nights or more.
• A 100% deposit is required to reserve stays of 2 nights, holiday or special event weekends.
• Loft in Corpus Christi requires a two night minimum stay for all bookings.
• Holiday and special event weekends require minimum 2 night stay.
• Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Checks must be received within 10 days of reserving space.
• Full payment for entire stay is due upon arrival.
• Payment accepted by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover
• Gift Certificates are available
• Check in time is from 3:00 pm or by special arrangement.
• Check out time is 12:00 noon or by special arrangement.
• Non-smoking property.
• No pets please.
• Not suitable for infants and children.

• Deposits for reservations canceled at least 21 days in advance are fully refundable less a 10% processing/handling fee.
• Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the entire amount of the deposit, unless an equal number of room nights can be re-booked. Refunds, if any, will be proportionate to the number of room nights re-booked, subject to the 10% processing/handling fee.
• Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of the room rate for the entire stay.
• Under no circumstances will any refunds be issued without appropriate notice or for early check-outs, except at our discretion.

While we believe that wear and tear is a cost of doing business, damage is not. Any damages to Loft in Corpus Christi property caused by guests or persons visiting guests will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation. You agree to making full restitution for damages, including excessive cleaning and missing items, when you make a reservation.

Your credit card both acts as a guarantee for your room reservation and an indemnifier for costs associated with any damage you cause while staying at the Loft in Corpus Christi. As such, any damage will be charged to your credit card.

We understand that accidents do happen. Should a spill or other accident occur, PLEASE notify Inn Keepers IMMEDIATELY! Immediate action on your part may prevent permanent damage and the need for extra charges.
